A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge and lots of lacing on the surface and down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of spicy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of spicy hops along with hints of toasted malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This hop-forward maibock seems to be easier to drink compared to others in the style.
