Whether celebrating your team’s big win in a blow-out victory or agonizing over a loss on the goal-line - the season can seem long and game day can feel even longer. Seahops India Pale Ale has been brewed at 12° Plato to pay tribute to the fans that are in it for the long haul. The lower ABV%, and the clean and crisp finish of Seahops make it easy to drink and enjoyed by the legion of fans rather than feeling like you’ve been hit by a defensive end. Boom! El Dorado hops are the big star of this beer featuring delicious, tropical notes with hints of citrus and hard candy. Glacier hops take the handoff to give a spicy herbal aroma with a hint of floral. Led behind center by pale and crystal malts - Seahops Game Day IPA finishes with a smooth clean character, a subtle sweetness, and lightly toasted undertones that support the hop profile all the way to the end zone.

I had this beer a number of years ago and don't remember anything about it. Must have been an average beer. I remember the name but nothing else. Rated 12-9-2022

Bomber purchased at Total Wine and More. Poured in to a Seahawks '12' glass.
Pours a pale yellow color, clear with a thin white head.
Smell is faint, mostly a citrus scent.
Taste is surprisingly malty. A cereal flavor with a grapefruit and lemon citrus flavor on the finish.
Mouthfeel is crisp and clean.
Overall a nice full flavored IPA.

Overall tasty session IPA. 22 oz bottle. Clear pour. Some citrus but not over powering. Could use more flavor but very drinkable.

22 oz. bottle:
Pour clear golden with a frothy white head that leaves lacing.
The smell is mild - some lemon-like fruitiness mixed with grain.
The taste is of mild citric fruits and a touch of pine. Light hop bitterness mixed with an even light malt sweetness. Dry finish.
Light-bodied. Seems a bit watered down, even for the abv. But, its smooth.
Easy enough to drink. Vanishes quickly, Leaves a bit of bitterness. Light and bitter-leaning, which is what the brewer intended. I suppose this is their version of a "session" IPA (as it is described as a "game day India Pale Ale".

Pretty basic American Pale Ale, a little on the fruity side but not aggressively hoppy nor salty or any other such "sea" influence. Very light malty body, dry finish. Solid, if not remarkable.

Grunt fill from Albertsons. Clear golden with small frothy head. Soft hoppy aroma , taste is a bit fuller, nice malts with gentle hop bite. Slick and smooth, drinks like a lager, faintest hop bite at the finish. Not a big APA, but pretty damn tasty.

Made with Mosaic and Glacier hops, according to the brewer. It does have that fruity aromatic flavor that makes Mosaic one of my favorites. I would call this an American Pale Ale, though, as it's neither strong nor overhopped in the typical IPA fashion. It's just a warm and fruity pale ale. Melon and malt. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Special Brews in Lynnwood.
