A 25 cal pour into a nonic glass.
This beer poured a dark brown with a little Amber. It had a healthy head. It has strong oak notes from the barrels, and a little whiff of cherry. This is one of the best smelling beers I've ever encountered!
The flavor is fine, with oak and cherry and nut notes. It does t quite live up tithe smell. It's got a smooth mouthfeel with a nice amount of carbonation.
Overall, another really nice barrel-aged beer from Pelican.

Served on tap into a snifter.
A- Poured a dark reddish brown, very clear, off-white soapy head that left no lacing.
S- Big cherrywood, bready notes, and caramel malt.
T- Big cherrywood, tart cherries, vanilla, bready notes, toffee, and light oak notes.
M- Very smooth and creamy, dry, soft carbonation, and medium body.
O- Lots of really nice tart cherry notes from the sour Oregon cherries and the barrel character gave this beer some really nice depth, but was not overdone at all for a lower ABV barrel-aged beer.
