Aged in Chardonnay barrels. That's the strongest flavor that comes through. Very good. Fruity, delicious beer with the full body of a quality belgian strong ale.

Aroma: Leathery, musty, some fruit esters, little hops, green apple, citrus, pear
Appearance: Iced tea color, hazy, minimal head, with a little lace on quaff
Taste: sour, not very bitter, slightly sweet in the finish, some umami in there
Palate: medium body, creamy, soft carbonation, long finish
