A - Nice medium gold colored pour with light carbonation and lacing.
S - Solid nose that's all tropical fruit with a little bit of herbs.
T - Tropical fruit from start to finish with a piney bite at the proverbial bitter end. There's a lingering pine residue bitterness.
M - Medium body with prickly carbonation and a dry finish.
O - This is a really nice IPA - dig it!

Frothy in the New Belgium snifter. Dark golden brew is inviting. Lovely fragrance of flowery hops with a gardenia note. Some onion in the nose. The malty sweetness seems to play well with the hop fruitiness, but it’s followed by enough bitterness to make for a good balance all around. Fairly rich with a tangy edge and quite flavorful.
Lime peel and a a mellow mango-melon flavor with a bitter aftertaste. This is a really good example of using just enough of the Mosaic hop to get a robust flavor without overdoing it. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Central Market north of Seattle.
