Bottle from my wife, xmas gift. Mahogany pour with scant, filmy head. Cherries feature prominently in the aroma, Belgian yeast, prunes, raisins. Taste starts with the cherries, but isn't sweet. Its also kind of thin though, which detracts slightly from the overall experience. Got much better as it warms

Striking shade of dark red with plenty of foam in the Blanche de Chambly goblet. Yeasty aroma with some vague fruitiness. The hint of cherry jam is pleasant but the finish is Hawaiian Punch. Body is surprisingly watery.
This is really kind of sweet and plain, but with a distinct Belgian yeasty taste that just won't quit. The cherry taste is nice but I wish for some fruity acidity, something bolder in the flavor. Aftertaste is still cherries with the tiniest bit of astringency. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Haggen Market in Burlington.
