On draught at Pelican, Paddler's Pale Ale is dark orange with a white head that leaves nice lace.

Smell is really nice, bright hops, citrus and a bit a tropical fruits, with some malty sweetness as well.

Taste is really big, complex and flavorful for a place happy, super hoppy, with as much herbal as there is citrus, lots of depth to the hop flavor, complemented by some biscuit maltiness as well. Very nice, my kind of pale ale!

Mouthfeel is slick but with a crisp finish, nice carbonation and a medium body.

Drinkability is high, a really great pale ale with a huge hoppy snap but balanced with a big bread backbone. Really loved this one, so much flavor without being too, awesome.
