This is a bit of an astringent example of a German pilsner. The nose and mouthfeel are spot on, but the flavor is a little bit more acidic than I would expect from an example of a German Pils. Maybe it's something that would pair nicely with food but if drank by itself it made me think that this is not the most authentic example of the style.
