Hazy double IPA. Bought at the taproom. No best by date but tastes fresh. 8.2 abv. Motueka, Cashmere and Hüell Melon hops.
Look: definitely hazy blond with faintest orange tint. White irregular head that settles quickly. Trace of lacing.
Smell: malt, melon.
Taste: I’m not familiar with the latter two hops varieties (never heard of Hüell Melon either). Traces of black pepper, melon, medicine. Not floral or piney. Some hops persistence. Distinctive.
Feel: substantial, light carbonation.
I will buy this agian..
