A classic Belgian-style pale ale with a crisp, balanced malt base and subtle hop quality, spice, and soft bitterness. Inspired by the Walloons—French-speaking Belgians who brought their brewing traditions with them when they settled in Pennsylvania—this beer highlights expressive yeast character without overpowering the palate. Approachable, nuanced, and quietly complex, Walloon is built for easy drinking with old-world roots.

On draught at the brewery.
Pours a translucent honey/amber color with a thin head that settles into a collar and produces splotches of lacing.
Nicely toasted malt, well balanced, but sharp hops contrasting to the malt. Interesting yeast flavors, subtle spice and fruity esters.
A good example of a traditional pale ale, no off flavors and appropriately hopped.
