Copenhagen 28/12 2025. 44 cl can from A good Case web-shop. Light green can with Undercover Brewing's logo a short brimmed hat and a pair of eyes in shadow. Makes a big point out of being organic.
Pours almost clear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin and patchy later of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with metallic alcohol and a touch of glue. Sweet pale malts, bread, peach and hobby glue. Metallic edge.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a weaker bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thin. Sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is nondescript.
Not the most interesting take on a Pilsner. But I like the logo.
