Copenhagen 14/1 2017. 33 cl bottle from Skjold Burne, Brønshøj Torv, Brønshøj. Blue label with a secret agent including hat and secretive sunglasses. For some reason they feel the need to highlight the ABV - a little strange as it is quite middle of the Road.
Quite foamy upon opening. Pours cloudy amber with a big white head. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of quite stable foam. Lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma is not as intense as many IPAs. Fruity sweet with citric notes. Peaches and grapefruit.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a nice pronounced bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingering.
Nice even though a little bit generic IPA.
