We're psyched to announce a very special collaboration with the manics of mincecore @haggusmincecore
HOP MINCER
6.8% Belgian-style IPA
We conspired with frontman Hambone on this delightful concoction to be showcased at the upcoming @decibelmagazine Metal and Beer Fest, May 2nd & 3rd.
A Belgian style was chosen in order to pay homage to the OG mincecore thrashers, Agathocles, founded near Antwerp.
Brewed with Belgian malts from @mouterijdingemansbelgium, and fermented cool with abbaye yeast, on a touch of Belgian candi sugar. Hop Mincer takes subtle yeast phenolics, and a clean malt profile to accentuate the tactful Centennial dry-hopping. Mild clove, and herbal aroma give way to a crisp sweetness, balanced by a pithy citrus finish.
