Had this Marzen on tap at 4 Dogs. Had been actually very impressed with a couple ounce taster. Pretty rare huh. But this is a rich malty super smooth sessionable brew. Gave the feel of a hand pulled beer when visiting overseas.
The color is a gorgeous rich woody red brown amber with garnet accents to light. It is super clear. One of the best looking lagers I’ve seen in years.
Nose and taste are spot on Oktoberfest. But what really sets it apart for me is the uncharacteristic full smooth body. lt really elevates the beer to something special.
Unsure how this would be canned but on tap it’s a star.
