Serving: On tap at 16 Tun (Auckland), served in a 14.25 Birrateque beer tester glass.
Appearance: Nearly clear pale yellow with a sudsy head of white foam.
Smell: Tart fruit, spices and juniper, leather and slight farmyard funk.
Taste: Brightly tart with wood barrel and spices, funky yeast, and a crisp, dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with lively carbonation.
Overall: Complex, refreshing and nicely gin infused saison.
