Cold-conditioned for over 2 months, Nightfall is a slow-crafted Baltic-style porter that drinks like a midnight dessert. Layers of smooth, lagered dark malt form a base of toasted bread crust, caramel, and gentle roast. From there, Nightfall was aged on hand-toasted coconut, cocoa nibs, and vanilla beans to help build a rich, silky profile without tipping into cloying sweetness.

On the nose, you’ll get complex waves of dark chocolate brownie, coconut macaroons, and a hint of vanilla cream. The first sip brings lush, rich coconut flavors followed by bittersweet cocoa, roasted malt, and a touch of espresso with a delicate vanilla cream.
