This beer was made with a combination of 2-row barley and malted oats. It was mash-hopped with Motueka and then more Motueka was added in the whirlpool alongside a hefty dose of Phantasm powder. Everything was finished off with a double dry hop of Nelson Sauvin hops on the cold-side along with a little more Phantasm. Tasting notes include dank pineapple, guava juice, and mango gummy rings.
Yeast strain: Helio Gazer from Omega Labs.
