Used Ham is our tribute to those fridge surprises.
This hazy IPA lays down a soft, pillowy base and then absolutely loads it up with Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Thora.
Expect juicy passionfruit, peach candy, and tropical citrus from Galaxy, followed by Nelson's unmistakable white grape, gooseberry, and sauvignon blanc vibes. Thora sneaks in with subtle stone fruit, floral notes, and a gentle herbal edge, keeping things balanced and oddly refined-kind of like finding good cheese next to bad ham.
Low bitterness, creamy mouthfeel, and dangerously smooth at 7%.
Questionable origin.
Surprisingly great outcome.
Just like Grandpa Wayne's ham.
