10 oz pour at Bo & Luke Day 2014. Varients tapped were: Cognac, Vanilla, Cherry Bitters, Cherry Vanilla, Date & Fig ...1 keg of each and each blew in about 15 min
I grabbed a pour of the Cherry Vanilla. It was dark black like the base beer with a nice mid size tan head. Smelled of bourbon off the bat... oak, booze, carmel, but as it warmed, the vanilla came out. The combination of cherry and vanilla worked really well, but had a slight medicinal aftertaste. Overall I thought this was a great beer.
