Session met a handsome man from Stocken, decided to clean up her act and get married. Everything was fine until she tried on her grandmother's wedding gown. She realized trapped beneath layers of tulle and stiff lace that tradition is so old it stinks. So, Session skipped her wedding in favor of libation. That's how she met Broyen. She didn't know it's light, refreshing character attributed to one of Germany's oldest beer styles. At last, she found the only tradition worth it to her.

A- A 16oz can into a tulip glass with a body as pale yellow as it gets and a cap that shoots up very quickly to a few inches high. The head has a foamy texture and fairly good retention. Wide ring remains at the edges but no lacing sticks.
S- Not gonna lie, getting mostly pale fruits and apples with hints of bread and whole grains. A hint of banana as well. Rather faint overall. Generic yeast spice hints.
T- Just about as subtle as the aroma as the overall strength of flavor is on the very low side. Hints of bananas and pale fruits as well as a bready and grainy touch. Just extremely timid. Again getting hints of apples.
MF- Much foamier than I would expect as the carbonation comes in extremely high. Texture is just foam.
Not really sure if this is a bad can? Pale fruits and grains in an extremely overcarbonated mouthfeel. Nothing offensive but wondering what the goal was here.

-perfectly clear amber can pour. A thin foam cap disappeared very quickly so this looks like a cider. There is a light clove-spice aroma and flavor that I attribute to the yeast. This is uniquely clear for a wheat beer. The body is very light and the mouthfeel is a bit watery.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly died down, leaving a thin film of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pale and cracker malts are present in the nose along with hints of banana-like yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell, but has stronger flavors of bananas that are more in par with those of the malts.
M: It feels light-bodied and somewhat clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an interesting beer—it seems like it's a hybrid between a pale lager and a hefeweizen. It is very easy to drink and is quite sessionable.
