A: Light yellow, 1/2 finger quickly settling head, plenty of fine bubbles
S: Apple, brandy, some funk
T: Matches the nose, mostly apple, a light sourness
M: Light bodied, crisp, a slight sourness
O: This could easily be a cider, very similar feel/flavors. Not much salinity for a gose but quite nice overall
