Pours a nearly clear copper color with a foamy khaki colored head that lingers a bit and provides a bit of lacing. Looks great in the glass.
The nose is very caramel forward, with some bread and a slight floral hop aroma, and that’s where the taste lands as well, with bit of roasty malt at the back of the palate. Very nice.
The mouthfeel is medium and very crisp, making for a very drinkable and flavorful Marzen that works well on a late summer day.

Very nutty tasting and the most similiar I've had to a personal favorite of the style - Victory fesbier. Unfortunately it is quite watery feeling.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This excellent brew pours a medium
dark amber with a very nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring,
thin dusty layer, and sports some excellent lacing. Nose of toasted malts,
nutty malts, light herbal hops, caramel, and light breaded malts. Flavors nail
it for the style. Toasted malts, nutty malts, touch of rye, light herbal and grassy hop
hits, light breaded malts, and balanced sweetness from the caramel. Mouth feel
is medium, medium light soft carbonation, smooth, and finishing nicely balanced between
hop and malt.
Overall, and exceptional fest.
Cheers

Dark copper body, very clear; dense, slow-rising carbonation; thick, bone-white head, dense and fluffy; sticky rings of foam encircle the glass. Big malt nose; caramel and roasted nuts; very light earthy spiciness. Heavy, flat sweetness; caramel; little to no hop bitterness noted. Heavy body; dense residual sugar; moderately warm on the palate.
A well-rounded malt-forward beer which is great now but would be fantastic during Oktoberfest.
Pouring temperature: 46 °F; canning info: 08/02/23 (assumed BBD)

L: Pours a dark amber orange with foamy medium white tan head that dissipates somewhat quickly and leaves a thick lacing around the glass.
S: Caramel and toasted bread hit the nose first, followed by a note of nut and a lighter noble hop, but way more maltier than hoppy.
T: Toasted ry bread mixes with some sweet caramel, with a note of nut and then a light hop to balance it out.
F: Smooth and easy drinking, medium body.
O: Not my favorite Oktoberfest but still a solid option.

The pour is cinnamon colored with a small amount of carbonation. The taste is rich caramel & toasted malts. Cheers! B

16oz can stamped 08/10/22 (I think) poured into a mug at fridge temp 5.6 % ABV. The beer pours mostly bright dark amber with copper highlights and khaki colored head. The head recedes to a thin ring and single layer of bubbles. The aroma is sweet caramel mostly. The taste is semisweet caramel with mild nuttiness and very mild bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Mostly clean lagering with a hint of butter. Overall, ok. A passable American style oktoberfest, but all caramel and not my style.
