Well, we got them from our friends at the Olmstead Parks. Conservancy! Thanks to our conservation loving friends we were able to use foraged and seasoned beechwood from Iroquois Park in South Louisville to create this exquisite smoked lager celebrating the great parks of our hometown Louisville, Ky.

Light amber / golden pour, decent off white head. Nose is smoked grain.
Taste brings smoked grains, carmelized malt, sweet bread, floral tap.
Mouthfeel is fairly light and creamy. Finish is like sweet smoked BBQ. Really nice interpretation. I love the foraged aspect, it really gives the beer an "in place" character.
