A: Pours a clear gold with a compact, lingering white head. Little streams of effervescence are very obvious in the glass.
S: Aromas of honey, cream, minerals, grass, and wheat are present on the nose. Smells very clean and fresh.
T: A crisp, grainy entry reveals notes of honey, beeswax, grass, minerals, lemon, cream, vanilla, and wheat. The finish is short and clean with wheat, honey, and mineral notes.
M: As one would expect, this ale is light-bodied, firm, and dry. Carbonation is very crisp.
O: This is a nice little session ale with a little more flavor than most beers of this type. Even though pale wheat ales are not my thing, I would have no problem ordering this again.
