" 'Everybody's got plans... until they get hit. –Mike Tyson'
ABV: 6.20% IBUs: 29.40 O.G.: 15.50°
This Helles Bock won’t bite your ear off, but it will hit you just right! A dangerous mix of Munich and Pilsner malts makes this one ‘helles’ of a malty lager! Throw a few jabs of Crystal and Saaz hops in the mix and you get a nice balance that’s sure make you feel like you’ve been hit in the kisser by a BeerKnuckle Bock-ser!"
A - Crystal clear yellow-orange with a bright white head which lingers around awhile. Lots of lacing. This is a nice-looking beer.
S - Slightly barn-like... yet, still a clean smell. Hay/corn are faint.
T - Tastes like a German... I get a lot of pilsner malt. Hops at the very end. Crisp finish.
M - Super easy to drink.
O - Normally, not my favorite style, but this was pretty nice.
