Review from notes. Reviewed 1/26/13.
Clear light caramel brown color. Served with a minimal off white head. Moderate lacing. Aroma is caramel malt and orange. Taste is similar, moderately sweet with lots of orange and citrus hops. Medium bodied. Mild to moderate bitterness. Overall a fairly average American IPA.

Brewed with Munich, pale and wheat malts, oats and lactose sugar.
Served in a footed tulip glass at Fizz.
Floral aroma, slightly sweet sticky malts and vague citrus. Bright orange, high clarity, long lasting head of creamy white foam, rings of lace in the glass.
Smooth creamy feel, sweet and malty with a vague citrus component. Seems a little faded sadly. Medium bodied and malt forward, the oats and lactose are evident in the smooth body. Mild sweetness and subdued hop bitterness. Nowhere near Apocalypse Cow for reference.
