L: Had this beer on-tap at Extra Billy's, poured into a pint glass. Had a pale yellow color and a mostly clear consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Average lacing.
S: A nice, subtle aroma of banana, wheat, bubblegum, and cloves.
T: Tasted of a mild amount of wheat (less than the typical hefeweizen), lots of banana, some cloves, a tinge of citrus fruit (lemon, in particular), and the typical bubblegum flavor. A surprisingly vibrant and well balanced flavor that's light and easy to drink. Quite tasty and well done.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a somewhat slick finish. Light-bodied.
O: This is an extremely solid, drinkable beer. One of the better American versions of a hefeweizen I've tried recently.
