A hoppier more flavorful pils than most. Surprisingly good. Nice citrus notes. Better than average but not mind-blowing. Crisp and clean tasting. A nice introduction for those new to craft beers. Good in-house draft system provides optimum temperature and carbonation levels.

This is a fine beer. Nothing special. But it is local, fresh and very reasonably priced. Hop presence and good aroma, mouthfeel ok. Drinkable. Solid. Good with BBQ. Staff not very good at filling a growler. Have asked to speak with the brewer about the beer twice, but he/she nevers seems to be there. I think this is a stab at a Bohemian Pilsner, not German.

A bright-white head sits astride this lager's golden body as hundreds of tiny bubbles que up beneath. The retention is only fair, however, and it soon drops to just a creamy collar and thin surface covering. The aroma is mainly of sweet-tinged, grainy malt that's backed by a very subtle hoppiness. The body is medium and it's very fine carbonation leaves it gently crisp on the tongue. The flavor reveals some lightly sweet grainy malt and a touch of lemony/grassy hops that lead to a dry, malt and hop finish.
