A North German-style Pilsner brewed for a crisp and dry finish. Pilsner malts lay down a pillowy foundation for spicy noble hops to shine with an assertive bitterness that will leave you craving another sip.

Pours a translucent, straw yellow color. A fluffy half-finger head on the initial pour. Small amount of lacing left on the glassware.
An earthy, yeasty aroma.
A very easy drinking and tasty brew. Flavors of lemon, yeasty malts with a mild bitter aftertaste. Very smooth.
Light mouthfeel with low carbonation.
Overall, a very easy drinking, session style brew. Not my usual go-to style but a tasty beer none the less...cheers!
