On draft at the brewery, into an English pint glass.
Pours a thick light orange with a ton of foam and great lacing. Aroma is orange juice and grapefruit with a little mango. Flavor is similar, pretty juicy and a little sweet with great mango and orange character. Not very bitter with just a little vegetal dankness. Lots of vanilla and cream as well, with malts coming in well on the back end. Finish is shockingly clean and just a little sweet, and it packs a ton of flavor for being 6%. Overall, I get very balanced hop flavors that aren't overblown, and there's not any weird sweetness. Plenty of good malt character as well. Feel is great, smooth and dense but not too heavy. Delicious on a cold or hot day and one of the lightest hazy IPAs I've drank that still has a solid mouthfeel and malt flavors.
Overall, I've said this is the best single hazy IPA in Nashville now that Southern Grist Teal is out of production, and I stand by it. Very balanced and easy to drink but still a properly dense, hoppy beer.
