New place, next door to, and start-up associated with Pure Project. The brewer originates with Japan experience, and is using fresh and different yeast , creating easy drinkable beers on a nano scale. He also creates hard seltzer and apple cider like beverages with organic ingredients. Smallish but it was fun to try and the beers were refreshing.
