Sytalaus means to be completely carefree, and this is Skifjorden Brewery's contributions on sunny summer days. The pilsner is a hoppy one and Citra beeing one of them, we have worked hard to find the good balance in taste.
Sytalaus is a typical summer beer, and goes well with sea food, light meat and light dishes, or just on it's own.
Best served between 4-6 °C

Copenhagen 23/5 2018. 33 cl bottle from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Hippie Girl looking out over the sea on the light blue label.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a fairly big white head. Settles as a 2 cm thick layer of foam. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fresh, fruity and Citric. Sweet peach meeting sharp citrus. And the citrus winning in the end.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick and soft, creamy texture.
Flavor is a little thin - but fresh. Flavor is medium sweet followed by stronger citric bitterness. Bitter aftertaste.
A true summer beer. Refreshing in a simple, fruity and bitter way.
