The plane you see on the label is often seen in Skifjorden, and when we feel like it, it takes us far. FERDA is a traditional WIT, and is of course fermented with a Belgian yeast. This makes the beer fresh and light, and with a distinct Belgian touch.

Copenhagen 2/6 2018. 33 cl bottle from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Yellow label with a drawing of seaplane taking off.
Pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Settles as a thin patchy layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense. Citrus. Notes of coriander. Lightly spicy. Lemonade.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery texture. Easy to drink.
Flavor is sweet and lemonadeish. Followed by light, spicy, sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is short and sweet.
Fresh but thin Witbier. Nice when it's 30 degrees - like today.
