The king of Skifjorden is the Stag what we call Kronhjort. With this IPA we've made an IPA that suits the masses. It's not to hoppy, some might say it's to nice but it's on purpose. Kron fits well with game and other meat dishes.
Served best between 6-8 °C

Copenhagen 9/6 2018. 33 cl bottle from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. A Deer on the label looking alert doused in purple.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as a thin but dense layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is not as intense as I would expect from an IPA. Exotic fruit intermingling with lighter citric fruits. Reminds me a little of a Multi-fruit Juice where you both get your Pineapple and Orange Juice rolled into one.
Medium strong carbonation providing prickly, lively mouth sensation. Texture is a little thin.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is semi-dry.
Easy to drink India Pale Ale with a fairly low ABV. Middle of the road and a little generic.
