Well I've been sitting on this one for a few months but I see StonedTrippin' beat me to the punch, but I'll largely reinforce what he has already said: This is a good beer.
Pours the familiar golden yellow lager color with some light haze to it and a big frothy 1" head. Nice appearance. Uber traditional combination of the grain brightness, solidly aromatic lager yeast and traditional Saaz hopping giving an almost neomexicanus citrus push of new world meets old world tight handshake.
The taste was well fitted for those end of summer blues, wondering why this didn't come across my path earlier in the summertime instead of Indian Summer-time. Nonetheless, still fitting, tight carbonation mouthfeel and continuous hitting of a light lemon lime twang with no metallic twist as lesser lagers or even blonde ales might vibe with if given this hopping. They seem to be frequently stocked in Reno craft drinking establishments so I shall definitely return to what seems like a super reliable and familiar kind of Czech pilsner so crush away.

from the can, another nice beer from these guys, so impressed with this place, especially their many lagers, diverse and smart and all so dialed in. this is delicious, a faithful take on the style and one of my favorites from them so far, although thats a tough pick right now, many of these are fantastic. blonde and bubbly, high headed with great retention, splendid carbonation, have to check out the side pull faucet for this one next time i an in reno, seems choice, and almost looks that heady in the glass from the pint can, believe it or not. the aroma and flavor are a little more classic than in some of their others, bright and true to style, grain driven with an almost wet rock minerality from the ferment, dry and expressive, with saaz hops doing their thing with herbal and limey character, and a light breadiness to the malt. some faint astringency just past the middle appears in the flavor, but its quick and does not make this less clean or drinkable, lightly tannic there maybe. the hops are great, fresh for noble, late bitterness is appropriate for the style and the grain also seems fresh, there is a lightness to this despite all the flavor, its so drinkable, so dry, so peppy feeling, its great stuff, loves spicy and salty foods too, and is something i could have drank on all afternoon, even a nice pizza beer. overall i liked this a whole lot, but am really high on the brewery on the whole right now, excited to see what the future holds for them, their beers are immediately relevant at least regionally if not beyond, great stuff guys keep it up!
