Happy Grand Opening to Noble Experiment. My only misgiving about this place is it is small, This is the old Two Ladders space. It's a hole in the wall kind of place and when it really gets crowded - and crowded it can get - you'll feel like a packed-in sardine. But the vibe is immaculate and the service is amazing. The owners are very glad to serve you themselves and ask how your day has gone. The opening beer list is very promising - multiple lagers and two IPAs, with guest taps from New York State, including some city spots like Other Half. The Food is amazing - they have their own food truck in the back which slings out amazing cheese steaks and smash burgers. They might just have the best cheesesteaks in the region.
