Appearance: Clear, pale gold. Fluffy white head with moderate retention.
Aroma: floral
Flavor & Aftertaste: grainy crack-like malt, spicy hops, restrained bitterness.
Mouth-feel: light bodied, crisp, clean, and dry finish.
Overall: My first beer at this new place. This is a good attempt at kölsch style. Comes in lighter bodied and hops are a little muted but it pairs well with food and does not leave you full feeling.
