On tap at The Lark in East Northport, NY, it pored an orange/apricot/gold color with a small off white head that faded quickly and left minimal spotty lacing. The description summed it up perfectly: "Petrus Aged Pale, our 100% uncut foeder beer, aged for 2 full years on french oak, blended together with fresh mango." It was tart, fruity and rather refreshing. I found it quite enjoyable on it's own and with fish tacos, so I'd definitely have it again.
