A: Fluffy, rosy head. The beer was a dark magenta.
S: Smelled of black currants.
T: Surprisngly estery start on the tounge, with a long-lasting sour black currant and raspberryish finish.
M: Light to medium bodied.
O: A really great sour. Black currants serve it well.

Pours a jammy purple color with a creamy white head. Smell is nice with an extremely sour taste and lots of black currant flavor, which tends to be bitter and this beer is no exception. Still, you can definitely taste the Petrus pale base. Mouthfeel is harsh.
