Had on tap. Cloudy yellow body with a large billowing head that eventually settles into a finger of tight white foam. Smells of lemon hops, softer yeast with pilsner malts, tones of mild grains underneath. Taste is led by the lemon and grassy hops with the unfiltered yeast carrying tones of biscuit, rustic loaf, wet grains, and baker's yeast. Feel is soft and full while medium-light bodied, slightly pale.
