We use Citra Hops for a light and crisp beer. Flavor notes include light citrus, malt, and honey. You should expect a crisp finish with very mild bitters and a very slight sweetness. Just like its namesake, Bronco Dorado Mexican Lager was intentionally crafted to cater to a variety of interests.

On draught at the brewery.
A light amber pour, decent head, slippery lacing.
Mild flavor and hops bitterness, a bit too neutral on many of the aspects that make a good beer.
