Release): 5.0% ABV - Who says dark beers have to be heavy? Certainly no one had better say all lagers are the same -welcome the Unexpected Guest! Our black lager leans heavily into the dark-roasted Carafa and Chocolate malts, blended with subtler Pilsner and light wheat malts. We use Elixir hops to elicit woody, vegetal notes for a savory easy drinker. This creates earthy notes on the nose, a clean mouthfeel, and a roasty finish with a hint of sweetness. Try pairing this beer with burgers or wings for a wonderfully complementary experience.
