At Land India Pale Ale, 7.5% ABV, is a beer we have been dreaming about, a beer that we had to brew once we had our own brewery. It’s made from California grown barley and wheat sourced from California family farms that use sustainable practices and malted locally by Admiral Maltings in Alameda and loads of beautiful whole cone Cascade hops from the Victory Lee Hop Farm located on the Sacramento River, a project of California Beer Farms. Hops were added to the mash, added at first wort, added for bittering and flavor, added whirlpool and of course dry hopped during fermentation.
