Poured from a growler into a Stone Gargoyle flute. Pours a moderately hazy medium golden amber with a one finger white head that slowly dissipates to a thick cap with nice lacing. Aroma of pale malt with a touch of caramel, citrus hops, orange, grapefruit and little dankness and mineral. Flavor is pale malt with a hint of biscuit, grapefruit, orange, mild pine and dankness grapefruit and lemon rind finish with solid bitterness. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A solid citrus hop IPA with a Citra profile. Grapefruit is the dominant citrus character, although there are other light fruit notes and a touch of pine. Leans to a West Coast profile. Not too complex, but enjoyable
