Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Can is stamped 2/16/25, but considering the brewery just opened up this year, I’m guessing they mis-set their stamper and it was really canned 2/16/26.
Appearance: pale golden-orange hue with a light haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam. A little darker than I think of a pilsner as being, but still, it looks pretty good.
Smell: kind of a neutral malt aroma with a little bit of sweetness and a light floral character. Not too bad.
Taste: a lot like the aroma with a rather neutral malt character. There’s a bit more sweetness than in the aroma, but it’s nicely balanced by the slightly floral hops.
Mouthfeel: medium body with nice carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty decent pilsner. Maybe not groundbreaking, but it gets the job done.
