Dark brown colour with visible reflections when held up to the light. Beige head, high, composed of fine and a few medium-sized bubbles. It is persistent, but does not remain on the surface of the glass.
The aroma is caramel, dark malts, coffee, dark roasted fruit, marmalade, followed by tobacco and earth.
The flavour is dry, roasted, coffee-like, clearly stronger on the finish.
Medium to full body. Smooth texture. Medium-long dry aftertaste.
