I put down a twelve pack of this close to 20 years ago. It was quite strong and it was a long night.

Look: Dark bottle so I could not actually see the beer itself.

Smell: Has a strong ice ale twinge.

Taste: This is comparable to Natural Ice, but cleaner and stronger. Definitely has that Ice ale twang to it. In my opinion it is a higher class Ice ale. Great if you like the style.

Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel was slick. The drinkability was good as I was able to finish a twelve pack and I am not a big drinker. Certainly got the job done.

I am not a fan of Ice beers. But this is probably the best I have tried.

Ugly urine like yellow appearance, thin head, doesn't retain. Aroma was very much like alcohol. Kind of skunky, not the good euro lager kind either.

Taste was a hot experience. Drinks boozier than its abv. Not a lot of hopping, malt, just a bunch of thin stuff that makes you feel like you're breathing fire.

Only worthy for kitsch appeal.

Jeez, can't believe I haven't reviewed this seeing as how I've drank. oh I'd say about 400 of these. Decent dark yellow appearance, lots of clarity, no head or anything to retain though. Reeks of alcohol. Rubbing alcohol getting skunky at times.

Taste, more alcohol and some wood flavor it seems. Fusels are raging. Corn, maybe roasted longer or drier than usual, with the wood thing. A rough ride, but once you've drank one, they do have an easier time going down. Only problem is, they wreck you, this beer may say its under 6%, but it feels like its 8-9 on the palate. These used to be dirt cheap back in the day, I dunno if its even around anymore, but Weinhard's seems to be doing the pacnw retro cool thing like pbr causing its costs to rise. Would have scored higher on drinkability back in the day for the cheapness.

Clearly the red-headed step child of the Weinhard clan, this beer has nothing going for it other than its slightly higher than average alcohol content (perfect for a fraternity party that's trying to skew slightly upscale).

A urine-esque yellow color and little to no aroma greet your eyes and nose, and the taste is reminiscent of the worst mass-produced swill out there. I find Weinhard products to be continuously under-rated, but they should retire this particular beer.

This one was a watery yellow beer with a rather big head. The color was all right, but that was about it.

The aroma was extremely skunky. I couldn't pick out any other scents beyond that.

The taste was... well, there was almost none. There was a hint of what seemed like Saaz hops, but not much.

This was not very good, and I would not try it again.
