Aug. 2017: Keg halfpint at The Wig, Aberdeen. Deep golden to amber colour, white head. Aroma of malts and fruity and piney hops. Some malts and decent citrussy hops in the flavour.

Deep amber color with a thick head with decent retention.
Mild aroma with notes of grapefruit and creamy malt sweetness.
Flavor with notes of slightly toasted malts, English hops, grapefruit and minerals. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.

Draft at pub in London
Big pillow creamy head retains forever, nice lacing, streaming bubbles, clear tan color
Nose big bright hops, floral grassy and fruity, plenty of citrus and fresh floral hop cones with a little hop oil, fresh cascade
Taste again big fresh cascade family hops, grassy and plenty of citrus, fruity, fresh hop oil leading to a bit of pine later, fresh grassy floral hop, little malt backbone but dry, good bitterness, lingering citrus and pine with hop oil and fresh floral hop cones lingering
Mouth is med bod, a bit soft, nice carb
Overall very surprised, expected to get a bitter and got a nice balanced

Enjoying while awaiting a train at Victoria Station, London.
Pours a clear golden color with a modest creamy head that shows good retention.
Citrusy aroma, predominantly orange, as well as candied apricot. Light aromas of toasted malt as well.
Taste highlights a balance of bready malt, along with tangy citrus, orange and light lemon zest. Moderate sweetness with a very gentle bitterness.
Medium bodied , gently carbonated and very smooth. Easy to drink at a low ABV, yet, with fuller malt flavors than an American session IPA.
Another good example of a restrained and balanced English IPA.

From a 330ml bottle.
L: Rusty brown colour, very hazy with a small & short-lived head.
S: Leafy, resinous, spicy hops.
T: Starts spicy, then offers a hint of tropical fruits, before ending with Scottish malt. Dry, leafy aftertaste.
F: Mouthfeel is disappointingly thin and sharp. A little gassy.
O: Pretty vague overall. The dry-hopping is evident in both smell & taste but the hops leave a sharp, herbal edge that isn't satisfying. Ultimately, this beer can't decide whether it's a bitter or an American IPA. The watery mouthfeel finally kills this beer for me.

On tap at tone of my locals.
Nice easy drinking IPA, good balance between the malt and hops. starts hoppy, citrus and piney, hops ease off with a little biscuit in the malt. It seems to be the fashion at the mo to inflict as many hops as possible onto your taste buds, but it's a nice change of pace to find an IPA so refreshing and drinkable. A cracking session beer.

Bottled
Pours a clear golden body with decent enough white head
Soapy citrus aroma
The flavour is similar to the aroma with the kind of low level hop profile you would expect from a bitter posing as an English IPA
