Pour at Zwanze Day 2024. Mahogany pour, wispy, fine head. Aroma is tart, grapes. Wine dominates the taste, but some of the rich malty backbone comes through. Smooth. Very good

Darker brown languid pour, no head. Huge aromas of chardonnay leads the nose. Supporting oak, white grape, pepper, apple cider vinegar and pepper are bathed in the wine. Very vinous in the taste too, lacks balance with the underlying flavors from nose plus pepper and banana ester, just so much wine booze. Feel is thick, languid, dark, and vinous to the max. Just too wine centric for me

Bold oaky notes, peppery Chardonnay, vinous red wine and dark fruit notes. Well made and delicious.
