One fateful day in 1865, the original historic Lititz Brewery burned to the ground due to spontaneous combustion in the kiln used for drying malt... but by gosh did it smell good! With our friends at Spring House Brewing Company, we brewed our tribute to that historic day. This 100% PA-smoked dark English mild was brewed with Deer Creek malts, Gems Farm hops, and we smoked a portion of the grains in-house over applewood.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
